- This offer is valid for stays during the low and high seasons in 2024 when booked by 15 December 2023, subject to availability.
- Rates below are per night, based on exclusive use of the luxury estate. Rates are priced in US dollars and a minimum stay of four nights is applicable.
- Low Season (1 July – 31 October 2024): USD 31,750
- High Season (7 January – 31 May, 1 – 15 November and 1 – 19 December): USD 45,500
- Book a smaller group based on a minimum of four rooms.
- 1 Master Bedroom + 3 Rooms: USD 15,250 (low season) or USD 20,250 (high season)
- Additional Master Bedroom: USD 3,300 (low season) or USD 4,400 (high season)
- Additional Room: USD 2,200 (low season) or USD 3,300 (high season)

This offer is available for bookings made from 10 July 2023 for stays from 7 January – 19 December 2024 when booked by 15 December 2023, subject to availability. Minimum stay of four nights is applicable for the free night offer and for longer stays, free nights may be doubled (i.e. 8for6). Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or packages. A 2.5% service charge and a 3% BVI Hotel Accommodation Tax will be added to your bill. An optional 1% donation to our charity partner Unite BVI will also be added.
